Shipping Terms and Conditions
Ground Shipping
UPS Ground shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days to receive. UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii orders cannot be shipped ground.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. You can view schedules and transit times for your delivery zip code by visiting the www.ups.com. All orders must be received by 4PM EST.
Truck Freight
Truck freight applies to any oversize item that cannot be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. In the event that your item is deemed oversized, we will contact you via e-mail with an approximate shipping estimate.
Return and Refund Policy
We take the utmost pride in selling very high quality medical supplies. If for some reason, you are not happy with the products you purchased from us, please do the following:
1. Email support@firstnoelinc.com to obtain an RMA. Include your order number, product/s being returned and reason for return.
2. Our customer service representative will issue you a RMA number (that stands for "Return of Merchandise Authorization").
3. Pack up your unused products (gloves & boxes), include a note with your RMA number in the box AND write your RMA number on the exterior shipping label, just below your return address.
4. Send the package to:

5. When we receive your package, we will issue a refund to the credit card you used when you placed the order. Please allow 4-6 weeks.
Please be aware that if you attempt to return product without first obtaining a RMA number, there is a great likelihood that your refund / return will be indefinitely delayed.
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
With a few exceptions, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
All orders are processed immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be canceled BEFORE you receive the Invoice - Payment accepted e-mail. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday after 5PM EST – Monday 9AM EST cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise.
